Intercool P-300
Is a propylene glycol-based industrially inhibited heat transfer fluid that has an operating temperature range of -60°F to 320°F. It is designed for situations where the use of propylene glycol is required by law and low toxicity is required to address environmental issues.
Through re-inhibiting, the industrial corrosion control inhibitors included in Intercool P-300 have been carefully developed to increase fluid service life, provide a higher level of reserve alkalinity, and reduce maintenance requirements. Your system and all of its parts, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals like brass, copper, copper alloys, steel, cast iron, and aluminium, are protected by the inhibitor package made up of phosphate, boron, nitrite, and tolyltriazole (TTZ).
The Advantages
In addition to offering less maintenance requirements through re-inhibiting, Intercool P-300 comes in a variety of doses that can be diluted with de-ionized water for customized freeze point suppression.
The precisely designed inhibitors in Intercool P-300 are what really make it stand out. They safeguard your system and extend its service life, making it the ideal choice for a variety of demanding applications, such as vapour recovery systems, HVAC systems, and cold storage equipment, to mention a few.
With re-inhibiting, Intercool Biogreen offers lower maintenance requirements and comes in a variety of doses that can be diluted with de-ionized water for customized freeze point suppression. At lower temperatures, it also provides significant benefits over ordinary glycols, such as reduced pumping pressure and enhanced viscosity.
The Environment
Huge contamination must be avoided, although Intercool P-300 will easily biodegrade and won’t concentrate in most water systems. There will be a rapid loss of oxygen, which could be detrimental to aquatic life.
