Elle affecte les performances, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et peut m\u00eame avoir un impact sur la dur\u00e9e de vie de votre fluide. (photo gracieusement fournie par Wikip\u00e9dia) <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Les pompes centrifuges (figure 1) sont tr\u00e8s courantes dans les applications utilisant des fluides thermiques. Ces pompes utilisent essentiellement une roue \u00e0 aubes rotative pour imprimer une vitesse au fluide et le d\u00e9placer dans tout le syst\u00e8me. <\/p>\n<p>Certaines pompes centrifuges sont sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/durathermcanada.ca\/fr\/fluide-de-transfert-de-chaleur\/\">fluides thermiques<\/a> et utilisent des mat\u00e9riaux plus durables, des roues ferm\u00e9es, des joints de meilleure qualit\u00e9 et supportent des temp\u00e9ratures pouvant atteindre 850 \u00b0F (454 \u00b0C) afin de r\u00e9pondre aux applications les plus exigeantes.<\/p>\n<p>Les pompes centrifuges vous offrent \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir entre des mod\u00e8les \u00e9tanches ou non \u00e9tanches.<\/p>\n<p>Les pompes volum\u00e9triques (figure 2) sont moins courantes, mais elles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9es dans les petits syst\u00e8mes chauff\u00e9s \u00e9lectriquement. \u00c9galement appel\u00e9es pompes \u00e0 engrenages, ces unit\u00e9s emprisonnent le fluide entre les dents des engrenages imbriqu\u00e9s et le refoulent vers le reste du syst\u00e8me. Elles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9quip\u00e9es de joints m\u00e9caniques.  <\/p>\n<p>Quel que soit le type de pompe que vous envisagez d&rsquo;utiliser, v\u00e9rifiez aupr\u00e8s du fabricant qu&rsquo;elle est adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 une utilisation avec des fluides thermiques. \u00c9vitez \u00e9galement les pompes de process standard, car elles ne sont pas aussi durables et ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas assez performantes pour les applications utilisant des fluides thermiques. <\/p>\n<div>\n<div id=\"attachment_2800\" style=\"width: 289px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2800\" class=\"wp-image-2800 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/durathermcanada.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/gear-pump.jpg\" alt=\"pompe volum\u00e9trique\" width=\"279\" height=\"250\"><p id=\"caption-attachment-2800\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Figure 2 : Une pompe volum\u00e9trique. (photo gracieusement fournie par Wikip\u00e9dia) <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Certains fabricants sont sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans les pompes \u00e0 fluide thermique. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cecoenviro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dean Pump Division<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mppumps.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MP Pumps<\/a>, Inc. et Teikoku\/Chempump ne sont que quelques exemples de mod\u00e8les centrifuges. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vikingpump.com\/pumps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Viking Pump<\/a> est une option possible si vous avez besoin d&rsquo;une pompe volum\u00e9trique.<\/p>\n<p>Certains de ces fabricants proposent \u00e9galement des services de conception sur mesure et peuvent m\u00eame vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer la taille appropri\u00e9e de votre pompe. La taille est un facteur essentiel dans ce domaine : la pompe doit \u00eatre suffisamment puissante pour supporter la <span class=\"glossary-box\" data-info=\"A measure of a fluids resistance to flow. Viscosity typically increases as temperatures reduce and decreases as temperatures rise; a higher viscosity essentially means a thicker fluid. Ideally, a heat transfer fluid should have viscosity ranging from 5cSt to 40cSt at 104\u00b0F.\" data-name=\"Viscosity\">viscosit\u00e9 <\/span>du fluide et le faire circuler dans tout le syst\u00e8me. Si elle est sous-dimensionn\u00e9e, la pompe ne fournira pas suffisamment de fluide au syst\u00e8me. Commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e \u00ab faible d\u00e9bit \u00bb, cette situation peut entra\u00eener de graves probl\u00e8mes, notamment la cavitation de la pompe, de mauvaises performances et des temp\u00e9ratures de film sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles recommand\u00e9es, ce qui d\u00e9t\u00e9riorera rapidement votre fluide.   <\/p>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans la puissance : une pompe correctement dimensionn\u00e9e doit avoir une puissance suffisante pour alimenter le syst\u00e8me en fluide afin qu&rsquo;il fonctionne efficacement.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement important de garder \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit un \u00e9l\u00e9ment souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 : assurez-vous que la pompe est capable de traiter la <span class=\"glossary-box\" data-info=\"A measure of a fluids resistance to flow.
