Le respect de ces proc\u00e9dures permettra de maximiser la dur\u00e9e de vie de votre fluide en r\u00e9duisant les incidents de d\u00e9gradation thermique. <\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9marrage<\/h2>\n<p>Un fluide \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante peut avoir une <span class=\"glossary-box\" data-info=\"A measure of a fluids resistance to flow. Viscosity typically increases as temperatures reduce and decreases as temperatures rise; a higher viscosity essentially means a thicker fluid. Ideally, a heat transfer fluid should have viscosity ranging from 5cSt to 40cSt at 104\u00b0F.\" data-name=\"Viscosity\">viscosit\u00e9<\/span> sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 100 cSt. Si le syst\u00e8me est install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et que la temp\u00e9rature ambiante est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0 \u00b0C (32 \u00b0F), la viscosit\u00e9 peut atteindre 1 000 cSt, voire plus. <\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;un fluide puisse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre pomp\u00e9 \u00e0 ces viscosit\u00e9s, il n&rsquo;est pas encore pr\u00eat \u00e0 recevoir toute la chaleur. Les petits appareils de chauffage \u00e9lectriques et les plus grands appareils de chauffage au gaz sont capables d&rsquo;appliquer toute la chaleur d\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage, m\u00eame si le fluide n&rsquo;est pas encore pr\u00eat \u00e0 la recevoir. Le fluide sera trop \u00e9pais pour permettre un \u00e9coulement turbulent efficace et, si un r\u00e9chauffeur est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner \u00e0 pleine puissance pendant ces p\u00e9riodes, il risque fort de surchauffer et de d\u00e9grader thermiquement ou de fissurer le fluide. Dans ces conditions, le fluide se d\u00e9place tout simplement trop lentement \u00e0 travers ou \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;appareil de chauffage.   <\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;est pas toujours possible d&rsquo;\u00e9viter compl\u00e8tement cette situation, mais certaines mesures peuvent \u00eatre prises pour att\u00e9nuer les dommages caus\u00e9s \u00e0 votre fluide. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 chauffage \u00e9lectrique sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;une option de d\u00e9marrage du contr\u00f4leur qui permet un d\u00e9marrage plus lent et plus facile. Les chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 gaz disposent d&rsquo;une option similaire de d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 faible puissance. Dans les deux cas, le fabricant de votre \u00e9quipement devrait \u00eatre en mesure de vous fournir des conseils sur les r\u00e9glages optimaux \u00e0 utiliser au d\u00e9marrage.   <\/p>\n<p>Si votre syst\u00e8me ne dispose pas de ces fonctionnalit\u00e9s, augmentez lentement la temp\u00e9rature par paliers de 10 \u00b0C \u00e0 15 \u00b0C (20 \u00b0F \u00e0 30 \u00b0F) afin d&rsquo;assurer un chauffage r\u00e9gulier et uniforme sans surchauffe ni d\u00e9gradation thermique du fluide. Consultez le fabricant de votre \u00e9quipement pour obtenir de l&rsquo;aide concernant ces fonctionnalit\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<h2>Arr\u00eat du syst\u00e8me<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsque vous \u00e9teignez votre syst\u00e8me, quelques \u00e9tapes simples vous permettront de vous assurer que le fluide thermique de votre syst\u00e8me n&rsquo;est pas endommag\u00e9 par une surchauffe involontaire.<\/p>\n<p>En fonctionnement normal, votre source de chaleur fonctionnera par cycles, s&rsquo;allumant et s&rsquo;\u00e9teignant ou passant d&rsquo;une puissance faible \u00e0 une puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9e afin de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature que vous avez r\u00e9gl\u00e9e. N&rsquo;oubliez pas non plus que, en peu de temps, les tubes de la chaudi\u00e8re ou la chambre de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e9lectrique deviendront presque aussi chauds que la source de chaleur elle-m\u00eame. Il est donc important de garder \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que votre appareil de chauffage est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plus chaud que la temp\u00e9rature de sortie et que, si le d\u00e9bit est interrompu, il y a de fortes chances qu&rsquo;il applique rapidement une chaleur bien sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle que le fluide peut supporter en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p>Si un syst\u00e8me est arr\u00eat\u00e9 sans laisser la source de chaleur et les zones adjacentes refroidir avant que le fluide cesse de circuler autour ou \u00e0 travers la source de chaleur, celui-ci peut rester emprisonn\u00e9 et finir par \u00ab br\u00fbler \u00bb ou se d\u00e9grader thermiquement. C&rsquo;est pourquoi il est important, lors de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me, de laisser le fluide refroidir en dessous de 121 \u00b0C (250 \u00b0F) avant d&rsquo;\u00e9teindre les pompes.
